We opened in a two-table room with one machine and a stubborn idea: that a good cup is worth doing slowly. The room got bigger. The idea did not.
Every batch is roasted in house, in small volumes, so nothing sits long enough to go flat. We buy direct from growers we have visited, and we pay what the work is worth.
Sit down and stay a while. Nobody here is going to rush you.
